Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Microdras, we are committed to delivering high-quality drafting services and client satisfaction across all projects. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing any refund requests or cancellations made by clients for our services.

1. Project Cancellation by Client

  • Clients may cancel a project within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided no work has commenced. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

  • If the project is already in progress, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the amount of work completed. Partial refunds may be issued at Microdras discretion.

2. Refunds for Drafting Services

  • Since our services are digital, customized, and time-intensive, no full refund is provided once the project is partially or fully delivered.

  • Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

    • Failure to deliver the agreed scope of work (with documented evidence).

    • Delay in delivery beyond 7 business days without prior communication or approval.

    • Critical errors in drafting not rectified after multiple revision requests.

3. Revisions Instead of Refunds

  • We encourage all clients to first request reasonable revisions as per the agreed scope before seeking a refund.

  • Microdras offers 2 free rounds of revisions post-delivery to ensure alignment with client expectations.

4. Project Abandonment

  • If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 15 days after project initiation, the project will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued.

  • Reactivation of such projects may require additional charges.

5. Mode of Refund

  • All eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Bank or transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Service-Specific Exclusions

  • No refunds will be issued for services involving:

    • Third-party software/tool subscriptions

    • Rush/express orders

    • Consultancy or advisory calls already conducted
